Agreement to terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and GetMyMFA ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://get.mymfa.io website and any related services, applications, or platforms (collectively, the "Site").
We are registered in France and have our registered office at 649 Rue Berthelot, 10120, Saint-Germain, France.
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Site after publication constitutes acceptance, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Eligibility and age requirements
The Site is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by applicable law. In France, users must be at least 15 years old, unless parental consent is provided in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
User registration

Fees and payment
All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prior to purchase, you will be informed of the total price, billing frequency, and duration.
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. For subscription services, payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis with your explicit consent. You may cancel at any time, with cancellation effective at the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders where permitted by law.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless an exception applies under Directive 2011/83/EU. Where the right of withdrawal is excluded (for example, where digital services have been fully performed with prior consent), this will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content made available through it, including software, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, databases, and design elements (collectively, the "Content"), are owned by or licensed to GetMyMFA and are protected by French, EU, and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Site and Content strictly in accordance with these Terms. No rights are transferred to you except as expressly stated or required by mandatory law.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of French law, EU law, or the rights of third parties. In particular, you must not attempt to circumvent security measures, misuse services, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
Use of virtual phone numbers is strictly limited to lawful purposes, must comply with applicable licensing terms, and must not be used to share individual accounts, bypass safeguards, or support unlawful activities.
User contributions and feedback
The Site does not provide public user-generated content areas. You may submit feedback, support requests, or suggestions directly to us.
Any feedback you submit may be used without compensation, provided such use complies with applicable law.
Privacy and data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable French data protection laws. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing activities.
Our Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
Term and termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms or where required by law, subject to applicable consumer protections.
You may stop using the Site at any time. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Nothing in this section limits statutory warranties applicable under EU consumer law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetMyMFA from claims arising from your unlawful use of the Site or breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
The courts of Paris, France, shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer jurisdiction rules.
Dispute resolution
Nothing in this section deprives EU consumers of their right to bring proceedings before competent national courts or to rely on mandatory consumer protection laws.
Where legally permissible and mutually agreed, disputes may be submitted to arbitration seated in Paris, France. Arbitration shall not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GetMyMFA regarding use of the Site.
